Deutsch: 19.01.2007 01097 Dresden Neustadt, Hauptstraße: Dreikönigskirche (GMP: 51.060879,13.743316). Barockbau 1732-1739 nach Plänen von Matthäus Daniel Pöppelmann. Innenausbau von George Bähr. Am 13. Februar 1945 ausgebrannt. Ab 1984 Wiederaufbau. Der eigentliche Kirchenraum im Westen wurde 1991 eingeweiht. Hier befindet sich der 16 m hohe barocke Altar, den Benjamin Thomae geschaffen hat und der 1741 farblich gefaßt wurde. Aus Sandstein wurde Marmor, aus Holz Gold. Die Holzteile verbrannten am 13.02.1945, der Sandstein platzte ab. Am 17.04.1994 erfolgte die Wiederindienstnahme des Thomaealtars. Dagestellt sind 10 Jungfrauen.
