Description
Deutsch: 25.09.2006 09526 Olbernhau: Museum Olbernhau (GMP: 50.660933,13.335138), Markt 7, früher "Haus der Heimat", Nebengebäude des ehemaligen Rittergutes. Rechts die Stadtkirche. "uffm Tempel" (heute der Marktplatz) standen Kirche und Lehngericht. Durch die Schweden ging 1639 u.a. das Lehngericht in Flammen auf. 1648 baute Richter Magnus Oehmichen das Lehngericht wieder auf. 1654 wurde es vom Kurfürsten zum Rittergut erhoben. 1767, nur ein Jahr nachdem Adolf Graf vom Loß das Rittergut erworben hatte, brannte es ab. Alle Gebäude wurden neu errichtet. Am Nordgiebel des Herrenhauses befindet sich das kaum noch erkennbare Wappen des Grafen vom Loß. 1873 kaufte Carl Alexander von Schönberg auf Pfaffroda das Rittergut. Er behielt nur den Wald und verkaufte den Hof 1881 an Albert Lange, den Besitzer des Kupferhammers GrünthaI. 1933 ging das Rittergut in den Besitz der Stadt Olbernhau über. Heute sind im Herrenhaus u.a. die Bücherei. Das Museum "Haus der Heimat" ist im nördlichen Teil der Wirtschaftsgebäude des ehem. Rittergutes. Im an den Kirchhof grenzenden Westflügel war zu DDR-Zeiten den Kinderhort. Links im Bild das Tor vom Markt zum Gutshof mit dem Olbernhauer Stadtwappen. [DSCN11758.TIF]20060925070DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
