Deutsch: 21.04.2006 01309 Dresden-Striesen: Villa Monade, Hüblerstraße 43 / Ecke Niederwaldstraße (GMP: 51.049900,13.797650). Architektur wirkt russisch volkloristisch. Wahrscheinlich wurde es 1860
(oder 1875?) als Landhaus des königlich-sächsischen Hofbuchhalters erbaut. Seit 1987 im Besitz von Familie Sabine Freier, die hier wohnt und ihr Zentrum für Naturheilkunde "Monade" hier betreibt. Der hölzerne Fassadenschmuck/-Ornamentik wurde von Frau Freiers Vater, Herrn Gottfried Heinrich, neu gesägt (hergestellt). Im Original war das Haus wohl recht farbig: Der Balkon war sonnengelb, die Fensterläden grün und braun und alle Senkrechten rotbraun. Baudenkmal. Blasewitz selber entstand um diese Zeit (um 1860) als Villenort für Sommerfrischler. Der ehemalige Dorfanger entwickelte sich zum Schillerplatz. 1872 fuhr die erste Straßenbahn vom Pirnaischen Platz zum Schillerplatz.
