Deutsch: 27.02.2006 01326 Dresden-Niederpoyritz, Eugen-Dieterich-Straße 5-9. Areal des ehemaligen Ritterguts Niederpoyritz mit der 1735 erbauten und 1984 abgebrochenen Schloßvilla (GMP: 51.828292,13.848891). Nach 1804 besaß Alexius Adamowitzsch von Olsufieff, der jüngste Sohn des Ministers Adam von Olsufieff unter der russischen Zarin Katharina II., das Rittergut. Er förderte in Dresden soziale Projekte wie die Taubstummenanstalt von Johann Friedrich Jencke und die Blindenanstalt von Karl August Georgi. 1835 erwarb König Friedrich August II. das Anwesen. Blick von Süden zur Remise links (GMP: 51.028508,13.848965) und zum ehemaligen Marstall rechts (beide 1832 erbaut, GMP: 51.028536,13.849250). Heute Wohnungen.
