Deutsch: 18.10.2004 01326 Dresden-Wachwitz: Königliche Villa, Wachwitzer Weinberg 1 (GMP: 51.044543,13.827927). 1892/93 wurde die "Königliche Villa" im Stil des Historismus (Neorenaissance) nach Plänen des Baumeisters Wilhelm Teichgräber errichtet. Der letzte sächsische König, Friedrich August III. lebte hier bis zum Regierungsantritt 1904. Bis 1997 wurde sie als Institut für Lehrerbildung genutzt. Ansicht Hofseite (Norden).
