| Description |
English: A beautiful spring of Yunnan, China, is managed by local residents who use its water for agricultulal production. Local commons in Yunnan, China, offer a fresh water to villagers. This picture was taken by TORIKAI Yukihiro, a Japanese economist, in Sept. 9th 2004.
日本語: 中国雲南省剣川県にある天然の泉「龍潭」。懇々と湧く泉の水は，農業用水として使用される。このようなローカル・コモンズは，現地住民によって大切に管理されている。コモンズの悲劇に陥らないのは，地域コミュニティのメンバー相互利益に配慮した利用がされているためである。2004年9月9日鳥飼行博撮影。 |
