The home of the German/Norwegian author Karl Friedrich Kurtz, Nessjøen, Fjell municipalty, Sotra, Norway. Much of his books and papers he left behind was stored in the barn. After Kurtz's death the barn detoriated and much his papers stored there suffered of the bad conditions and was ruined.
