Description

Deutsch: 20.06.2003 01307 Dresden-Johannstadt: Haus Akzent am Fetscherplatz 2 (GMP: 51.046613,13.770444) Ecke Nicolaistraße 19. Erst 1847 wurde ein bestehendes Bauverbot für dieses damals noch landwirtschaftlich genutzte Gebiet aufgehoben. Es folgte ein Bauboom. Bereits 1900 war der Platz vollständig mit Gebäuden umschlossen. Bis 1946 war der Name Fürstenplatz. Die Vorkriegbauten wurde alle zerstört oder beschägt und danach wieder aufgebaut. Das sog. Haus Akzent entstand nach der Wende etwa um 2000. Der Kiosk-Flachbau in Bildmitte (GMP: 51.0466000,13.770940) entstand 1949 nach Plänen das Architekten Herbert Schneider. [DSCN]20030620120DR.JPG(c)Blobelt
