Deutsch: 14.10.2001 09526 Olbernhau: "uffm Tempel" (heute Marktplatz) standen Kirche und Lehngericht. Durch die Schweden ging 1639 u.a. das Lehngericht in Flammen auf. Die Stadtkirche (GMP: 50.661331,13.335004) in Nord-Süd-Ausrichtung wurde 1599 an der Stelle eines älteren Kirchgebäudes errichtet und 1639 erneuert. Links ein Wirtschaftsgebäude des Rittergutes, heute Heimatmuseum (Markt 7). Rechts die Drei Tannen Apotheke, Markt 14. Markt 10 (GMP: 50.661327,13.335781) war das erste Olbernhauer Verlagshaus, gegründet 1760 von Gottlob Semmler. Es ist eines der ältesten Häuser Olbernhaus und hat schon um 1600 "ufm Tempel" gestanden. 1639 wurde es von den Schweden abgebrannt. Um 1670 ist das Haus von Hans Fritzsche neu aufgebaut worden. In der DDR-Zeit war hier der beliebte Imbiß und Spätverkauf Lichtenberger. Olbernhau entstand aus einer deutschen Ostsiedlung. 1346 wurde es zum ersten mal erwähnt.1434 wird der Ort Albernhaw genannt. Von 1699-1759 war der Ort Sitz des Amtes Lauterstein. In dieser Zeit begann man mit der Anlage des Marktplatzes (GMP: 50.661018,13.335844). Das 1654 zum Rittergut erhobene Lehngut von Magnus Oehmichen brannte 1767 ab und wurde unmittelbar darauf in der Form neu errichtet, wie es sich heute präsentiert.
