Deutsch: 31.03.2001 01326 Dresden-Loschwitz, Friedrich-Wieck-Straße: Ruine des Elbe-Hotels Loschwitz / Hotel Demnitz (GMP: 51.053596,13.812298). 1881 wurde das Elbehotel Demnitz mit umfangreichen Gasträumen, einem Saal und Kegelbahn im Keller gebaut. 1943/44 wird es als Lazarett genutzt. 1949 pachtet die HO das Objekt und kauft es anschließend. Sie betreibt es als Hotel und Gaststätte bis 1975. 1979 erfolgt die baupolizeiliche Sperrung. 1981 pachtet der VEB Gesellschaftsbau das Elbehotel und lagert darin Teile der technischen Innenausstattung für den Wiederaufbau der Semperoper. Nach der Wende gibt es viele Interessenten und Ideen vom Komplettabriß bis zur Sanierung. Sicht vom Blauen Wunder. Im Hintergrund die Schwebeseilbahn nach Oberloschwitz.
