Soviet 2T602Б transistor, 1992

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: The Soviet 2T602Б (=uprated/military KT602) silicon RF transistor. Made in 1992 by VZPP (Voronezh), however, it's a very old design from the early 1970s or 1960s. The transistor contains 0,0177644 grams of pure gold, which is the reason why most of them have already been destroyed by underground "metallurgists". The cheaper TO-126-packaged KT602*M are still widely available.
