Paul M. - Paul Brian Muirhead. Lance Corporal 25127170. Fatally injured in a Taliban attack on base on 01 September, died in Oman hospital 06 September 2006 aged 28. At rest in St Mary the Virgin Churchyard, Church Lane, Bearley Stratford on Avon

Anare D. - Anare Draiva. Ranger 25182172. Killed in a mortar attack on base 01 September 2006 aged 27. At rest in in Lovolinase , Suva Fiji. Extract from The Telegraph. We will remember them Afghanistan 2001—2014 Incident: Killed in a mortar attack on base

David D. - David Gordon Dalzell. Ranger 30111042. Accidentally shot by a colleague who was cleaning a rifle Nad Ali Helmand 04 February 2011 aged 20. That was a common occurrence in Northern Ireland At rest in Clandeboye Cemetery, 300 Old Belfast Road, Bangor, County Down Northern Ireland.

Justin C. - Justin James Cupples. Ranger 25237992. Died when an IED was triggered while on routine patrol Sangin District, Helmand, Afghanistan 04 September 2008 aged 29. At rest in Rokantishkes Cemetery, Rakantishkes Street, Nr 28 Vilnius Lithuania

Aaron M. - Aaron Leslie McCormick. Ranger 30037945. Killed in action 14 November 1910 aged 22. At rest in Camus Juxta, Bann St Mary’s Parish Churchyard, Macosquin, County London Derry Northern Ireland.

Stevie M. - Stephen Ian McKee. Lance Corporal 25168146 Killed when his vehicle hit an IED on Nad Ali district of Helmand 09 March 2011 aged 27. At rest in New Cemetery, Newry Road, Banbridge, County Down, Northern Ireland.

David P. - David Patton. Captain 565189 Parachute Regiment, Special Reconnaissance Regiment, formerly WO1 24692798 Royal Irish Rangers. Killed in action by the Taliban in Afghanistan 27 June 2006 aged 38. At his funeral six men for the 1st Royal Irish Regiment carried his coffin into Coleraine Baptist Church, County Antrim, Northern Ireland Supplement to London Gazette dated 11 July 2006 Parachute Regiment. Regular Army. Short Service Commissions (Late Entry) Warrant Officer Class 1 24692798 William David Patton (565189) to be Captain 3 April 2006
