Tuala, a pharmacist and Burnell’s officer-in-charge during their deployment from June 2012 until March 2013, nominated Burnell for the Larry C. Nesmith Enlisted Pharmacy Technician Award which was presented to him at his brigade’s headquarters at Fort Hood, Texas, Dec. 11. |
