English: 1st lieutenant Lorrence Alfano patrols the area around the Brown and Root compound in Urosevac, Kosovo on September 11, 2001. Alfano is from the 340th Military Police Company out of Queens, New York. He is the platoon leader for a 6 man squad that rountinely patrols the Multi-National Brigade (East) sectors, south of Camp Bondsteel. The 340th MP Co. is in Kosovo in support of the peace keeping mission, operation Joint Guardian II. |
