Add a one-line explanation of what this file represents
Description Geologists have sampled a former unknown archipelago which was discovered in the Bellingshausen Sea during an expedition of RV POLARSTERN (ANT-XI/3). The small island group was named preliminary Amanda-Archipel. Geologists (Dr. Claus-Dieter Hillenbrand and Dr. Hannes Grobe) took samples which were transfered by helicopter to the ship.
