English: A shinier photo of this 1991 Aston Martin Virage 6.3 Widebody in Cannock Black over Black leather with Black Wilton Wool carpeting. Originally sold to a Dr. Müller in Germany, since sent back to the factory and upgraded to 6.3-liter, Widebody specs by Aston Martin Works Service (the second car to be thus prepared). Lovely old beast. Five-speed manual transmission. In the US since 1999 (or perhaps 2000). The 6.3-liter motor produces somewhere between 450 and 480 horsepower, depending on whom you ask. The Widebody design includes flared wheel arches, a deeper front air dam (not painted on this example at the moment), a large spoiler at the rear, extended rear valance and sills, as well as air vents on the flanks. It is also equipped with uprated sport suspension springs and shock absorbers and revised roll bar for greater stability. Larger 14-inch brakes with upgraded calipers sit behind five-spoke 10.5x18" OZ alloy wheels with 285/45 tires. |
