Description
Deutsch: 19.09.1987 DDR 1932 [16918] Freyenstein (Wittstock/Dosse): Altes Schloß. Renaissancebau von 1556 unter Konrad von Rohr. Ausführender Architekt war Domenicus Paar. Pilaster, Gesimse und Medaillons aus Terrakotta in der Art der Verzierungen am Fürstenhof zu Wismar und am Schloß Gadebusch. Die ursprünglichen Terrakotten stammen aus der Werkstatt des Lübecker Meisters Statius van Düren. Allerdings sind 75% des heutigen Bestandes Nachbildungen der Hedwig Bollhagen aus Marwitz. Nach jahrhundertelangem Verfall erfolgte zwischen 1968 und 1974 die Wiederherstellung des noch erhaltenen Treppenturms sowie Teilen des Westflügels. [R19870919A04.JPG]19870919140NR.JPG(c)Blobelt
