Built from Feb 1984-Feb 1986. The VK was the 3rd update on this body, new grille and extra side window at the back. New Black engines with computer controlled ignition. The 2850 6 and 4200 V8 were dropped and the 5044cc V8 down to 4987 for Group A Homologation rules. Models renamed , SL now Executive, SLX; Berlina and SLE; Calais. The Australian Police commissioned the 5 litre models as their interceptor Highway Pursuit cars of choice. Engines; 1900 4 cyl, 3.3 6 cyl, 5.0 V8 Sedan; SL, Executive, Berlina, Calais, HDT Wagon; SL, Executive, Berlina |
