Summary

[edit]
Description Cool! This is a scanned ad from the December 1983 issue of Road & Track, an American car magazine. The Encore was built in Kenosha, Wisconsin, USA, and was the hatchback variant of the Alliance, which was the result of a partnership between Renault and American Motors. The Encore's European equivalent was the Renault 11. Did you know: the Alliance was one of Car and Driver's Ten Best Cars of 1983! In three-door hatch form the Encore actually looks quite smart, in a funky but dated 1980s sort of way.
