This really was the most delightful Mini I've seen in a long, long time. Looking so original is this 1972 example. It's in a great period colour too- and not some lurid or brash colour like some are. It's become quite uncommon to see Minis of this age- most seem to be the late ones, and almost all have been trashed with ugly wheels and sports seats etc. Right down to the pressed plates, the AA badge and those tiny wheels, this one was a proper timewarp. It did look like it was undergoing some restoration to the paintwork, judging by the missing paint on the roof and near the rear.

The DVLA tells me this one was first registered in early 1973, but manufacture date is 1972- could it be a Channel Islands import or Irish?
