Begonnen 1719 unter Christoph August Graf von Wackerbarth nach Plänen von Johann Christoph Knöffel, Matthäus Daniel Pöppelmann und Zacharias Longuelune. Der Architekturstudent G. K. von der TU Dresden aus dem Studienjahrgang 1969/18/01 untersucht im Fach Freihandzeichnen die Proportionen der Skulptur Narcissus und Echo (GMP: 50.950472,13.890889) - eine der Doppelfiguren zu 8 Liebespaaren der Mythologie, die dem Bildhauer Johann Benjamin Thomaes zugeschrieben werden.
