Summary

[edit]
Description 1965 Ambassador 990 convertible by American Motors (AMC). This was the year a convertible body style was introduced in AMC's big car platform. The previous time a convertible was offered in the Ambassador line was 1948. It was also the last year that the luxury-focused Ambassador line used "Rambler" as part of its name. This car is finished in Solar Yellow (paint code 13A) with a black convertible top and a black interior. The picture was taken at a used car lot on Dixie Highway (US-1) at the south end of West Palm Beach, Florida.
