Summary
[edit]Description1959 Vauxhall Victor F Series II Saloon (15902857843).jpg |
The Victor was a 4 cyl car replacing the Wyvern. The styling on the F Series Vauxhall was typical of the GM styling of the mid 50s, with its wrap around windows and front pillars sloping backwards. The F Series was built from 1957-60, an Estate introduced in 1958 and the Series II in 1959 (now round indicators, plain bumper, rear door scallops gone and single chrome strip nose to tail on the two tone cars) The upmarket version was the Deluxe Engine; 1500cc 4 cyl OHV |
