Description

I have two versions of this nice large foldout, but the Euro one is larger than the American version. This would be the final model of the two cylinder Lloyd as the price climbed to Volkswagen territory and this car is no Volkswagen.

In 1959 a larger four cylinder car was introduced, better suited to the sixties market. Unfortunately the parent Carl Borgward folded in 1961 and that was the end of Lloyd. The engines were still made and used in snowmobiles in the sixties.
