Summary
[edit]Description1956 Sweden Ferrari 250 MM 0344MM ad.jpg |
English: Sales ad for Ferrari 250 in Sweden. It says: "Ferrari 250 Mille Miglia // med specialkaross av Pinin Farina. Bilen er kørd 2,000 mil, øversedd och i absolut førstklassigt skick.Felfri, elegant, rød lack. Bytesforslag kan diskuteras. // Upplysninger genom Alfred de Rougemont, Styrmansgatan 27, Stockholm Ø, Tel. kont. 60 74 00, 67 83 93. Privat 41 50 35.". Alfred de Rougemont may be the one who lived 1922 to 1970 in Stockholm, according to grave info.[1] The source of this picture has some discussion, indicating this is s/n 0344MM. Swedish racecar driver Joakim Bonnier had acquired it as a trade-in around august 1956, repainted it from light blue to red, and later sold it to an racecar driver. Barchetta indicates it was red in 1956, and that it was sold by Bonnier to Mackay-Frazer (GB) in november 1956. So, this ad may be from september 1956 (guess). |
