Description

Little changed from the pre war Dodges, a new grille. This updated model did not change from 1945 until a few months into 1949, when the new D30 was introduced. Available in 3 trim levels; Deluxe, Special Deluxe or Custom. The Custom got rear wheel skirts. The D24 was the true Dodge bodied car, this body also used by Desoto and Chrysler. It was a slightly longer body than the Plymouth body Dodge D25, The D25 cars got a Plymouth P15 body and engine, with a Dodge front, the grille more pointed in the centre than the D24 cars and an extra body line below the headlights.
