Description
English: The first U.S. aerogram, then called a air letter, the modern transformation of the letter sheet. First day of Issue, 29 April 1947. Used to Topeka, Kansas, USA. Back inscription: "If anything is enclosed, this letter will be sent by ordinary mail".
