Summary
[edit]Description1937 Rolls Royce 25 30 Gurney Nutting Tourer (44573322942) (cropped).jpg |
The Rolls-Royce 25/30 was built from 1936-38, it was an updated version of Rolls Royce's small car, the 20/25. The 25/30 had a larger engine capacity due to complaints about the 20/25 being under powered. Again, only the chassis and mechanical parts were made by Rolls-Royce. The body was made and fitted by a coachbuilder selected by the owner. Some of the most famous coachbuilders who produced bodies for Rolls Royce cars are Gurney Nutting, Park Ward, Thrupp & Maberly, H. J. Mulliner & Co., Arthur Mulliner and Hooper Engine; 4257cc OHV 6 cyl. 1201 Rolls Royce 25/30s were built Photographed at the 2018 Pebbles Beach Concours d'Elegance |
