Description

1936 Hispano-Suiza K6 Saloon.
Hispano-Suiza was a Spanish automotive/engineering company and, after World War II, a French aviation engine and components manufacturer. It is best known for its pre-World War II luxury cars and aviation engines. The 1934-37 K6 was the last and most advanced model in Hispano-Suiza history. Equipped with the most advanced features for the day, it had over average performance and maximum comfort. Only an average of one car per week were produced, a total of 202. Hispano-Suiza only supplied the chassis and running gear, bodies and interiors built by a handful of different coachbuilders. This close-coupled silent travel saloon's coachwork was built by Van Vooren Engine; 125hp 5184cc 6 cylinder
