Description

Riley 1½ Kestrel fastback saloon 1935 (not a 12/4, those have the four-light design)
The Kestrel was the sporty saloon. Building on the success of the original 4-light Kestrel, the body was redesigned in 1935 as a 6-light sports saloon. The biggest change was the insertion of the rear quarter-light window, and the associated reprofiling of the roof to match. The body was available across the model range, with the exception of the nine which retained the 4-light body.
