English: Photograph of the Rabenold Tire Company at 101 Ridge Avenue, Allentown in 1928.
Owned by Wilson F. Rabenold and Oscar G. Tallman, Rabenold began selling Firestone Tires starting in the early 1910s. It also offered general auto servicing. Rabenold Tire did not survive the Great Depression, closing in 1931. The building remains today on the northeast corner of Ridge Avenue and Linden Street. |
