| Description |
English: This photo on February 3, 1927 shows that construction work on the PP&L Building has the foundation completed and the structural steel work which was begun on January 28th, has been completed to the point that work has begun on the first floor of the building. The public was very interested in the building construction and could get a good view of the derrick and boom that would raise the structural members over the coming months. |
