Model T Ford was built from 1908-1927, a few models were built before the Model T, but the T was the first mass produced car. Ford wanted to keep the price low as possible, so to increase efficiency, he was the first to use assembly line production. Ford also made use of the knock-down kit concept, so almost from the beginning, the Model T was built in many other countries as well as the US, such as England and Australia. 1909-14 T1; Flat top hood, flat cowl below screen and gas lights. The first Ford truck was built in 1900, in 1917, the One-Ton TT chassis was introduced, built specifically for trucks.
