Description
English: Newspaper note reporting the creation of the Asociación de Fomento de Villa Talar (association for the improvement of the Villa Talar quarter, Buenos Aires city, Argentina). The president of the Association was Mr. Julián Bourdeu. The Villa Talar quarter dissapeared by an act of the 1980's and was divided in benefit of two other Buenos Aires quarters.

El presidente de esa Asociación era el Sr. Julián Bourdeu. El barrio de Villa Talar desapareció luego por ley alrededor de 1980 y fue repartido entre dos barrios vecinos.
