English: A U.S. Border Patrol Search, Trauma, and Rescue (BORSTAR) agent administers an IV to an illegal alien suffering from dehydration and exhaustion as he and a group he was with were attempting to traverse an expansive ranch near Eagle Pass, Texas, June 20, 2019. Members of BORSTAR have been strategically deployed to high-traffic areas to assist in the humanitarian challenges presented by the dramatic increase of migrants crossing into the U.S. this year.
