Description
English: A U.S. Border Patrol Search, Trauma, and Rescue (BORSTAR) agent offers a steady hand while an IV is administered to an illegal alien found suffering from dehydration and exhaustion as he and the group he was with were attempting to traverse an expansive ranch near Eagle Pass, Texas, June 20, 2019. Temperatures in the area have been peaking around 105 degrees this week. Members of BORSTAR have been strategically deployed to high-traffic areas to assist in the humanitarian challenges presented by the dramatic increase of migrants crossing into the U.S. this year.
