Description Located on East Parade. Inscription: Finishing line - 1902. Commemorating Bexhill-on-Sea as the venue of the first international motor race meeting in Great Britain. Unveiled by Councillor Ivor A Brampton, Deputy Lieutenant of East Sussex, 28th September 1994.
