Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Postard photo looking west on Hamilton from Sixth Street. Taken about 1901, as the Soldier's and Sailor's monument is visible at Center Square. The street is unpaved, with some horse-drawn wagons along the north side of the street. An early streetlight at Sixth Street is hanging from some wires; overhad covers over the sidewalk are visible. Those and the power poles along Hamilton street will be removed in 1915.
