Description Command Sgt. Maj. Christopher Kepner, the senior enlisted advisor of the National Guard, answers a Soldier’s question at Joint Training Center in Jordan, Feb. 7, 2019. Kepner travelled to Jordan with Gen. Joseph L. Lengyel, 28th Chief of the National Guard Bureau and a member of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, where they met with National Guard Soldiers.
