Español: Federico Ortiz Romillo cita a su cuñado Juan Prieto y Leida, del cual se ignora el paradero, en concepto de heredero de su hermano Antonio Prieto y Leida, sobre pago de 10.987 pesetas 50 centimos, procedente de un prestamo hipotecario, con mas el interes convenido del 6 por 100 anual, el interes legal de los vencidos y las costas sobre la casa numero 46, moderno, de la calle de Fuencarral de esta corte.

Español: EDICTO En virtud de lo acordado por el Sr. Juez de primera instancia del distrito del Centro de esta capital, en providencia de veinticinco del actual, dictatda en la denuncia ejecutiva promovida por el Procurador D. Hilario Dago, a nombre de D. Federico Ortiz Romillo, contra D. Juan Prieto y Leyda, en concepto de heredero de su heramno D. Antonio, sobre pago de 10.987 pesetas 50 centimos, procedente de un prestamo hipotecario, con mas el interes convenido a razon del 6 por 100 anual, el interes legal de los vencidos y las costas, se cita de remate al D. Juan Prieto y Leyda, concediendole el termino de nueve dias para que se persone an los autos y se oponga a la ejecucion contra el despachada, si le conviniere. Apercebido, si no lo verifica, de pararle el perjuicio que hubiere lugar; y se hace constar que por ignorarse el paradero del referido deudor, se ha practicado, sin previo requerimiento de pago, el embargo de las particiones que en pleno dominio y en nuda propriedad corresponden al don Juan Prieto en la casa numero 46, moderno, de la calle de Fuencarral de esta corte.
