Summary

[edit]
Description
English: 1896 Cuban postal card to Hamburg, Germany. Used 27 February 1897. The 4 centavos card is rare, because the rate to Germany and northern Europe was only 3 centavos. The usual practice was to affix a 1 centavo adhesive stamp to a 2 centavos card.
