Description CHIPLEY, Fla. – Lt. Col. Richard Gussenhoven, commander of the Task Force Michael Recovery Field Office in Destin, Florida, interviews with WFSU-TV/The Florida Channel before a town hall in Chipley, Florida, Oct. 23. The Corps discussed the Federal Emergency Management Agency’s Operation Blue Roof, which provides a temporary covering of reinforced plastic sheeting to help reduce further damage to property until permanent repairs can be made.
