English: Staff Sgt. Kirk Dickerson, medical logistics technician from the 180th Fighter Wing, helps prepare medical supplies received at the hospital on RAF Lakenheath, the only U.S. Air Force hospital in Great Britain, to be re-distributed to numerous bases and clinics across the island on July 30, 2014. Airmen of the 180th Fighter Wing, with Ohio Air National Guard members from the 121st Air Refueling Wing and 179th Airlift Wing, came to England to train with and support their active duty counterparts as part of the Guard’s traditional two-week long tour.
