Description
Deutsch: Dieses Hochhaus in Frankfurt am Main ist bekannt unter dem Namen "Grand Tower" bzw. "The Grand" und ursprünglich "Tower 2".

Baubeginn war im Februar 2016. Fertigstellung war für 2018 geplant, Mitte 2019 ist derzeit im Gespräch. In dem Turm sind 401 Eigentumswohnungen. Vor Baubeginn waren bereits ein Viertel der Wohnungen verkauft (Vertrieb durch Zabel Property. Der durchschnittliche Preis soll bei € 8.000 liegen.

Der Turm wird 172 Meter hoch und dann Deutschland höchstes Wohnhochhaus sein. Neben Erdgeschoss und den 47 Wohnebenen gibt es noch 3 Stockwerke für die Technik, das Hochhaus wird also insgesamt 51 Geschosse haben.
English: This Skyscraper in Frankfurt am Main is called "Grand Tower" or "The Grand", formerly it was called "Tower 2". Construction started in February 2016. Completion was planned for 2018, now it shall be mid of 2019.

There will be 401 condominium in the skyscraper. A quarter of the condominiums were sold already before construction started. The average price is Euro 8.000 per square meter. The Skyscraper will be 172 meter (565 feet) high and then Germany highest high-rise apartment building.

Beside the ground floor respectively first floor there will be 47 floors with condominiums and 3 floors for engineering / technique - adding up to 51 floors.
