Description
Deutsch: Energetische Sanierung in Köln-Niehl

Gemeinsam mit dem japanischen Botschafter in Deutschland, Takeshi Nakane, besuchte Klimaschutzminister Johannes Remmel im Rahmen seiner Klimaschutztour die Solarsiedlung Köln-Niehl. Die Solarsiedlung Köln-Niehl wurde in den 50er-Jahren für die Arbeiter der Ford-Werke gebaut und komplett energetisch saniert. Bei den Häuserzeilen wurden unter anderem Wände gedämmt, Fenster erneuert und Grundrisse verändert. Seit der Fertigstellung 2010 wird im Altbestand der Energiestandard für Neubauten erreicht.
