16th century copper alloy thimble - makers mark side
Description
English: A Post Medieval, 16th century copper alloy thimble which has a relatively flat crown and drilled indentations which are arranged in a spiral fashion. A single circumferential groove runs around the base and on this groove is the makers mark of a cinquefoil. The thimble is dented on one side.
