Description
English: NORFOLK (June 24, 2016) - A Sailor attached to Helicopter Anti-Submarine Squadron 60 explains some of the helo’s capabilities of the MH-60R during the Chief of Navy Reserve Navy Employer Recognition Event in Norfolk, Va., June 24. NERE is a Navy familiarization day sponsored by the Chief of Navy Reserve to recognize employers who provide their Reserve Sailors with superior support, and provide them an opportunity to see first-hand what Reserve Sailors do every day. The employers were nominated by their Navy Reserve Sailor employees and invited to attend the one-day event that included tours of Navy Expeditionary Combat Command, the amphibious assault ship USS Bataan (LHD 5), a static display of aircraft and a demonstration by SEAL Team 18.
