Title
15 base sherd of probable Roman vessels.
Description
English: Fifteen vessel base sherds, possibly from jars. The bases vary in diameter, from 400mm to 250mm. The fabric is an oxidised ware which is soft and powdery, which are orange throughout. The sherds are all abraded. The 15 sherds weigh 462g. The fabric and shape of the rims suggest a Roman date.
