157FF0 Lead Bulla
Description
English: Medieval lead bulla 37 mm in diameter. The bulla is that of Pope Innocent IV (1234-1254). The front depicts St Peter and St Paul separated by a cross and the inscription SPASPE (ie Saint PAul Saint PEter) within a border of raised dots. The reverse inscription INNOCENTIVSPPIIII gives the name of the pope.
