English: The bath was built in 1806 by Hamid Abdulla of Karbala in the village of Archivan, Astara region. There are eight domes on the bath. It looks like an eight-pointed star when viewed from above.
During the Soviet era, the bathhouse was operated by a local collective farm. Proceeds from the bath were used as additional income of the collective farm. After the abolition of the collective farm system, one of the villagers operated the bathhouse for a short time. The bath was built in the early 19th century with a mixture of egg yolk and ordinary wood ash. The water in the bath was heated with just a penny. The Archivan bath, which is also a place of communication for the population, was last renovated in 1980 and was used by the local population until the end of that year. In August 2001, it was protected by the state by the relevant decision of the Ministry of Culture. Hamam 1806-cı ildə Kərbəlayı Həmid Abdulla tərəfindən Astara rayonunun Ərçivan kəndində tikilib. Hamamın üstündə səkkiz günbəz var. Yuxarıdan baxanda səkkiz guşəli ulduz kimi görünür. Sovet hakimiyyəti dövründə hamam yerli kolxoz tərəfindən işlədilib. Hamamdan əldə olunan vəsait kolxozun əlavə gəliri kimi istifadə olunub. Kolxoz sisteminin ləğvindən sonra hamamı kənd sakinlərindən biri qısa müddətdə işlədib. Hamam XIX əsrin əvvəllərində yumurta sarısı və adi odun külünün qarışığı ilə tikilib. Hamamın suyu cəmi bir tiyanla qızdırılıb. Əhalinin həm də ünsiyyət yeri olan Ərçivan hamamı sonuncu dəfə 1980-ci ildə təmir edilib və həmin ilin sonuna kimi yerli əhalinin istifadəsində olub. 2001-ci ilin avqustunda isə Mədəniyyət Nazirliyinin müvafiq qərarı ilə dövlət tərəfindən qorunur.
